This happens if you get the power steering pump hoses mixed up. I assume from the gloves that the person starting the car is a mechanic and is either just about to or has just realised their error.

I appreciate everyone helping me appreciate Bloomberg being verbally shivved, that was very enjoyable. Though I also have to say that youtube's auto-transcribing is not closed captioning, and it is not 'close enough'. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it's still not great.

Mixing up the steering hoses causes it to violently shake back and forth. This spun 20 full rotations to the left. Not even a bus has that many rotations lock to lock, so this has to be something like a hosed up EPAS system that's disconnected from the rack. I don't think Toyota has a steer-by-wire system that'd have the wheel entirely disconnected from the rack in normal operation.

I think she didn’t account for the fact that pulling the hair so hard would cause her to cut her bangs so short. You can see it bounce back up when it cuts loose. It’s still a bad idea.
