Remember when they were building Charlotte vs Asuka at Mania when Asuka was still on a huge win streak and was hot as poo poo and then Charlotte just beat her on some random PPV and the win streak was never mentioned again?

It comes down to how he's used though, and constantly being trotted out to be put into an endless stream of high profile feuds that never seem to end, and in matches that are given at least double the amount of time needed is not entirely his fault though. That's down to creative.

That was a loving gauntlet of horrible booking that nobody could escape from.

The sad part is, I can remember when Charlotte was on NXT way back when, and she wasn't half bad, I think my favorite description of her was one goon who said she was basically the wrestling version of Sandahl Bergman from the first Conan movie. Then she got called up to the main roster and welp

Charlotte is the classic "Not bad but overpushed" scenario, she has her good points and bad points, but WWE pulled a Roman Reigns with her and decided she's gonna be the future so you'd better start loving her goddamnit

no. that sounds way more interesting than it actually was. she repeated like 6 words. The 6 words were "you are going to hell bitch" but repeated as a question, and then everyone in the ring (7 people) didn't say another word and left the ring and the show went off the air.

tbh I think Charlotte has great potential but she's so badly exposed by WWE's Do Everything The Same Way No Matter What(until Vince Says Otherwise) that its going to be an uphill battle to win over a pretty vocal cross section. She should have put on a mask and worked indies for a few years before going into the NXT system. e: jesus its that promo. I saw that once it was bad. it's still bad. Everything is wrong.

I was actually a fan of his and only first became aware of his being awful on Twitter when he started being a jerk about the sexual identity of his co-workers. He ended up apologizing for that one after Allie Kat and some of his fans explained it to him. I saw that as actually kind of heartening because so few people admit that they are wrong, but I don't think that he is going to be walking this one back, as he seems to be too into it.
