The fighting in such fake clips is always energetically inefficient - no true Russian would fight like that. Plus the obvious camerawork signs.

I could be wrong as we never got those in the U.S. It's a BA 323 "5-door coupe" - called the Lantis in Japan, 323F in Europe and the Astina in Australia/NZ, and Allegro in some other places. They were a really solid car but yeah, they weren't ever sold in the US. Not sure why because they were popular in Europe, so they were already available in LHD. They were a lot of fun with the V6.

There's a whole bunch of ship collision compilation videos on youtube. It turns out that vehicles that weigh thousands of tons have a lot of inertia and it's really hard to turn them away from a collision at the last second, who would have guessed? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhgWTxmi_0w

This doco about ship breaking talks a bit about how the captains of the ships sold for salvage have to deliberately beach them at the ship breaking yard. It's crazy af seeing these monsters just run right into the shore but also it's sad as the captain is waxing poetic and everything. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jdEG_ACXLw

California has a Mount Disappointment because some surveyors climbed all the way up it only to see an even taller mountain they then had to trek over to. Australia has a Mount Disappointment because the trees near the summit blocked a scenic vista and also because one of the guys who climbed it hurt his dick.

I worked for an ad agency (don't actually do this) and I figured out pretty quick that these were a bunch of business-savvy artistic types who had figured out how to get multinational corporations to fund experimental short films.
