Imagine so, but you never know. The thing is, Trump's supposed to be receiving security briefings by now, right? And...you wouldn't want Trump specifically to be receiving security briefings as a national security matter, I guess. I'm not sure that such a thing has been a serious issue before either. I do imagine that Obama's comments and the issue of security briefings are connected, though.

One of the top comments in Newts post, is any of this poo poo below true? turnip kid posted:Instead of name calling - let's talk money... I compared Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump's tax plan to see how it would effect me as a middle class tax payer. Here's the break down assuming I can get my deductions to bring me down to $75,300 of taxable income. Hillary Clinton places that salary in a 25% tax bracket (married filing jointly) which translates to me paying around $724.00 in fed tax a paycheck. That's around $1,448.00 a month or $18,825.00 per year in fed taxes (my salary is divided over 26 pay periods). Donald Trump places that salary in a 10% tax bracket which translates to me paying around $290 in fed tax a paycheck. That's around $580 a month or $7,530.00 per year in fed taxes. Donald Trump's tax plan would put an extra $434.00 a paycheck in my pocket every paycheck. That's about $868.00 a month or $11,284.00 per year in extra money. If I were to invest that $434 each paycheck into a mutual fund with an average interest rate of %10 (lol) I would have....almost 2 million dollars when I retire in 30 years.....Think about that when you consider who you are going to vote for in November. An extra $870 a month can go an extremely long distance in most people's households. You can check Clintons tax plan herehttp://taxfoundation.org/…/details-and-analysis-hillary-cli…And Trumps tax plan herehttps://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/tax-reform

I just got a robo call on my office phone asking me to donate $100 or more to Donald Trump. If it's or more I would get an exclusive signed photo of Trump. Thankfully there was an option to speak to a live human being to make my donation of $100 or more who asked if they could count on my support who I got to tell that Trump is a racist piece of poo poo that can gently caress right off. I know it didn't make any difference but it felt good.

Like if you were just hiring for the job of "president" and weren't taking any political ideologies or bents into account, by what possible metric is DJT more qualified for HRC. Who do we trust more to address the nation after a shooting, or make a toast at a white tie state dinner, or anyone of the innumerable things that a president does day to day that don't have anything to do with lawmaking? I've sure as poo poo opposed every GOP presidential candidate in my lifetime, but I never felt that they couldn't do the job.

So is this just going to go on until Election Day? McConnell and Ryan condemning every individual thing Trump says, every day, while still not retracting their endorsement? That just isn't sustainable. Something has to give. And what would Congressional relations look like if Trump actually wins? I'm at a loss to figuring out what McConnell and Ryan and all the rest of the Republican leaderships' plan is.
