For the first couple of panels I thought it might be a funny comic that was going to have a twist about how this anti-social media attitude some people love to take up is really juvenile, but alas soon it became clear that it was just going to be straight up stupid.

That's a pretty nice graph right there. Who cares increases uniformly with sick of graphs for low values of sick of graphs, up to shut up after which point it uniformly decreases with increasing sick of graphs. This graph is probably quite accurate, and depicts annoyance. So if you find yourself annoyed, it's your own fault for not being sick of graphs enough.
