WTF is Feather even doing in that list? Are you supposed to be tapping your own creature to draw cards with Depose // Deploy? Deafening Clarion doesn't get Feathered since it doesn't target a creature, it just has an effect on all your creatures that turn, right? Edit: You guys are right. like I said the last time people were confused by feather being in jeskai hero, the deck wants cards that fly and/or are angels and/or are multicolored and feather hits all three boxes while also being a very solid body at 3/4 for 3 there's also the edge case of proccing hero every turn if you have feather also on board and really want to loop deposes or justice strikes but that feels secondary

Drawing a card and making a 1/1 for 2 a turn is pretty punishing in some match ups. Sometimes a lot of little synergy makes a card worth it, especially when the card is a 3/4 flier for 3.

Just went 7-1 in silver ranked draft with this Only cast Ambusher twice and never triggered its ability, I think I mostly just won by playing creatures and having removal and bad opponents with bad decks. The one loss was to mana screw. Shoulda mulled my hand of 4 mountains and three red cards I guess. Drew almost nothing but green cards and didn't hit a forest until like the 18th or 19th card.

What's the pick here goons? Audacious Thief, Disfigure, or Rabid Bite? Or Vilis and try to draft more ramp? That seems like a sketchy plan though

I've played with vilus and while it's pretty difficult to lose if you do cast him, getting to 8 mana is no joke. Also you can end up comically decking yourself if you're not careful LOL if you end up on a reanimation plan with Blood for Bones though

Has anyone been getting disconnected a poo poo ton since yesterday's patch? I'm at a place with questionable internet bandwidth so I'm not sure how much to attribute to that, but playing yesterday afternoon seemed fine. I just played this morning trying to get my quest, and I got disconnected at least 2, possibly 4 times.

it makes some sense. It cycles so it's kind of neutral/broad in a lot of ways then you can sb into more extreme/narrow cards. It doesnt really win you the game but it generally doesnt lose them either (unless you're already dead vs mono red) For the odd decks every so often that ran jadelight as the only explore I'd constantly sb her out but I still liked her mainboard. sometimes it's okay to have a card that's just fine in every matchup, instead of a card that's a+ in one matchup but trash in every other one also, sometimes a card is good in game 1s, but then becomes bad after your opponent gets to sideboard

I hope scapeshift decks stay super popular, my mayhem devil deck that was just ok before is cleaning up (it didn't even occur to me that it was a sacrifice effect till the first time someone cast it against me while I had a devil out and I got a billion triggers  )
