Just got an email with $5 credit toward Dark Souls 2 from buying Dark Souls like a year ago. It works for about six months after the expected release date, so there's a good chance you can use it with a sale. Nice!

Is it just me trying to look at "Steam titles" under the sale hub, and when you go past page 1 it breaks? Because something is loading, I can see the page for half a second, then another element pops up and the entire page goes white and useless.

You can't use multiple, but you can buy an amazon gift card with one of those, apply the balance to your account and use whatever payment you want for the rest of it. I'm not sure if you can use gift balances on digital stuff, though. I might be remembering wrong cuz it's early, though...
