Ditto the Jolly Roger, you fly that when you complete a mission or get a kill and Navy grunts can wear the patch as well, which sort of morphed into the Punisher (it's still a skull!) and now cops loving use it. Even though the specific meaning of those skulls is "no mercy no quarter", ie you are there to kill and if you are flying it or wearing it you or your unit has done it. Which is why I still LOLOLOL when ever I see some overweight mid 50's fat gently caress with a don't tread on me patch and a skull patch on their tacticool poo poo. For further LOLs look what showed up in my email this morning as part of the Alumni of the Great Satan.
