 I've enjoyed this thread very much, but there is a fatal flaw in the plan. He will pay the duty with a stolen credit card. Let me repeat that. He will pay the duty with a stolen credit card. Sure, he'll be annoyed, but this won't actually cause him any financial loss. Sorry.
