Directed by: Danny & Oxide Pang Starring: Pawalit Mongkolpisit, Pisek Intrakanchit I wasn't expecting much when I sat down to watch this film, but was pleasantly suprised. It follows the charming yet generic storyline of a hitman, Kong, who falls in love and is offered a chance of a normal life. What makes the film unique, is that Kong is both deaf and dumb. This film is a real tragedy, and redemption can only be delivered in one way. The directing is very slick and there isn't a single scene which drags or appears unnecessary. The violence is well applied and doesn't come off as excessive. Some parts of the movie feel a little cheesy, but the majority of the time the movie really has integrity. The ending is original, yet superb and will probably have you reaching for the tissues. This movie was suprisingly good and a unique entry into the Pang brother's filmography. 4 star.
