Terrible, terrible, terrible. There isn't anything I can say about this film that hasn't already been said: Terrible acting, terrible script, Veerhoven's raping of the license, the "political satire" (despite Veerhoven never even had read the book he's satarizing), and so on. Requires copious amounts of mood altering substances to become enjoyable and/or entertaining; though the bulk of said enjoyment will be directly from said substances, not this celluloid atrocity.
