I just saw this today, and thought it was okay. Any violence in movies never shocks or impresses me anymore, so the tooth pulling part was never anything special to me. Other than that, the plot was cool, and the twist ending was not something I expected. 4/5 oh deasu cut off his tongue because it was kind of a way to payback the villian for starting a rumor, because he "impregnated his sister with his tongue".
