Oh poo poo Car Throttle did a short series on the RX-8 and now I want one (again). Really they're cheap enough that the only thing stopping me is complete lack of parking space since half the time I can't even leave my one car on my street. Really looks like a ton of fun though.

Supposably pretty good as far as drum brakes go (stops 2 ton of steel from 100kph once but good luck if you are going any faster) but truly godawful to adjust and service. And I was thinking I've never driving a car with them but just remembered yes I have. Can confirm good pedal pressure, good for one fast stop, you're gonna die if you dont cool them down afterwards.

Anyone got any opinions on Matt from Obsessed Garage? I used to enjoy some of his crazy detailing videos, but the arrogance (that he portrays as him being misunderstood) in some videos is just too much. 40 minutes whining about how crappy something that isn't a $2000 pro brand is and how hard it was to assemble (which of course isn't his own stupid fault). He's the quintessential "I'm always right and won't budge" type of guy even if presented with evidence. Which is a shame, because I liked how he didn't just buy into the hype of new products and making reviews that pretty much just reads like a press release (Like Pan the Organizer does).
