It's another strip about vampires not really getting the dwarves. Note how that second vampire says that his host was constantly thinking of other people - and then talks about how he (the host) isn't any good at getting 'the revenge he deserves'. It's selfish parasite vs. selfless dwarf. It's totally going to be important, just... probably much later, with how decompressed things can get.
