I only saw the first episode and I wasn't disappointed. I expected for it to suck and it did.

I hope it gets mildly tolerable like TGTTM, but the only thing that ever amused me in that were the random words they would change the sounds of.

Well I'd like it to be awesome but I don't think it'll be my kind of show, but I did like Saul.

So RAZ wasn't Rob Zombie? Well poo poo. The main reason I watched was for him. I normally don't enjoy the show, but this one had some high points.

I guess most of the episode was lost on me and I usually don't get amused by the show but I watched regardless just in case (I did find myself enjoying some of TGTTM) and aside from Brule, and the appearance of Patton Oswalt, I think I liked the other episodes this season better.

Also, I guess I'm stupid but I recently just put together that Brule is played by the same person Ricky Bobby's best friend in Talledega Nights (Cal) and damnit his resume is varied. His first film is one of my favorites.

So I assume comedians/people generally like Tim and Eric with all the guest spots? I've said I don't find them funny often, but they must do something right. Or pay well.

Figured I'd ask the thread, the re-run last night had the Poop Tube. I watched it and became curious-- is the Fahrtz guy Francis in PeeWee's Big Adventure?

Yes, I have seen PeeWee's Big Adventure. Many times. :colbert:

Have to say this is probably the best episode I've seen, primarily due to Ray Wise and Ste-ven Brule, oi, oi.

I have to say Jim and Derrick are my second favorite thing about this show (Brule being the first) and I really don't laugh too much at the show, but I do go through episodes to see new Brule's Rules and Pierre. It's cool to see Jim and Derrick getting more time, I hope they do another 'mtv' episode.

In case you aren't aware, the actor who plays Jesse on Breaking Bad plays Weird Al in that, he was also in the remake of Last House On The Left.

This is assuming you somehow don't read the Breaking Bad thread and didn't see the link there.

Edit: And I had no idea this was supposedly going into production.

Pierre and Dr. Brule were the highlight for me although the food-tube does mirror some dental proceedure in the past couple of months.

I really only find myself watching for a few characters and with no more Richard Dunn... oh, now I'm sad.
