Can anyone recommend a 32 inch 1080p set to use as a monitor? I recently bought a panasonic tc-l32u22 but ask not in love with it. After playing around with it the text is a bit too blurry through hdmi for my tastes.

I'm considering getting the toshiba 32e200u which has a "pc mode" setting four use with 1080 hdmi input.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion Brett. I assume you're connected over hdmi? Does that set have a so called pc mode?

Since I'm pretty sure my TV is fubar'd, here are the TVs I'm looking at:

LG 32LE5300 32-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LED LCD VA Panel HDTV, $469.98 + shipping.

VIZIO 37" LED Edge Lit LCD HDTV, $499.99

LG - 42" Class / 1080p / 120Hz / LED-LCD HDTV, $699.99.

Opinions? Better deals?

Fyi, the 5300 originally had an ips panel in it and LG switched over to a VA panel mid run. According to some of the reviews it wasn't as good.

Is ordering a used TV from Amazon a terrible idea? Does anyone have experience with this?

How about the different quality ratings (Good, Very Good, Like New, ect)?

I bought a like new 32" from the warehouse a few years ago. I ended up returning it as it wasn't working well with my desktop but it wasn't banged up at all.

Return was painless.

Just got my 55' ST50 in today [amazon warehouse deal, looks alright so far].

I have some M8 x 16MM hardware which came with my Whalen 3-in-1 console/mount. Can anyone confirm the correct length for mounting the rails to the back of this? Looks like I have 10-11mm protruding out of the rails.

Yeah I guess my concern is that the holes on the tv are a bit recessed. Must be someone with some experience on this popular tv.
