Alright, this song is an instrumental electronic type song from the early 80s. It is very ethereal and downtempo but kind of sweet and despite it being of that era does not sound as dated as you'd think. The title of the song or the band is "something of love" where something is obviously another word. It's like an 8 minute track and stays relatively consistent and repetitive throughout but gets a bit more lush towards the end.

Thanks yall that's it! It was playing in an uber that i took on vacation in new orleans last month and it kind of colored the rest of my trip. Great song. Edit: It's "Moments in Love" by the Art of Noise
