 Any advice for finding a non-lovely used car dealership? (bonus points if it's in LA!)

I know "LOL Yelp" and "LOL Google", "LOL BBB" are really the best bets, but they're just not really helping me narrow my search.

Medical / student loan stuff has put my credit in a place where reputable places like Carmax and the like probably won't even talk to me.
