Most of your info is fairly detailed, if glib, but this is downright unhelpful. Even the tire pressure stuff, while full of AI-rage, was more use than this.
Expand on these points when you can, because most people that aren't into cars will have no idea why these are good tips.

Also, your section on fighting tickets is good at finding ways out of a ticket, but doesn't do anything to help people that have a chronic ticketing issues. I realize Texas might be the speed trap capital, but a lot of places aren't, and cops rarely bust folks for minor infractions outside peak blitz times.
