Think again Jimmy!
Apec braking has a very useful search by size for brake rotor and drums. I have used it to find a rotor with a different diameter, thickness and offset to use different calipers than stock.

http://www.apecbraking.co.uk/catalogue/size

One drawback is since it is a UK site you have to figure out if the model is even available where you are. It also does not list the model of vehicle for the rotor found so I used a Google search of the part number to figure it out.

If anyone knows of a similar site for North America vehicles I would like to know about it.
