I drove to Des Moines last week and saw Voodoo Glow Skulls in a tiny rear end bar with maybe 50 other people, if even. They played Firmé in its entirety, and I was able to relive high school  That show made up for the last time I saw them live, when they played maybe 1/3 of a set and then walked offstage because some people wouldn't stop fighting. They never came back to Minneapolis after that. They're going to tour Europe next month, and will be doing another US tour this spring.

The new Voodooo Glow Skulls album came out and it’s pretty drat good. I was worried they weren’t going to make it when Frank quit but they’re doing pretty well it seems. Here’s the single that came out a while ago: https://youtu.be/zhLERVQNwYE
