What's the deal with terror. I'd only heard a bit of their stuff but got talking to some gig photographer the other day who photographed them.
He said they got the crowd to do that side to side wave crap that you see in hip hop and I just checked their myspace and it's all new era caps and crap.
Have they always been like this or what?
Don't flame me I actually really want to know. It seems kinda trend hopper ish.

What the gently caress. I thought On Broken wings split up a while back.
This is good news :D
Also Shai Hulud are one of my favourite bands, when is the new album meant to drop?

The singer of that band was in a band called Buried Alive that was a million times better than Terror. Get their album "The Death Of Your Perfect World."

This is pretty good. Thanks for the recommendation!

So how did terror manage to keep some cred? Like if there was a new band that came about and looked and acted like them, I'm pretty sure most terror fans would write them off straight away. Just seems kinda weird to me.

But, isn't being edge meant to be about respect and stuff?
So then why do they disrespect non-edge folk and beat them up?
But then again, from what I understand, all the hardcore kids in america who got rid of the nazi crowd, just filled the gap?
And then didn't dangers sing about it and get beat up? (Neo neo nazis?)
Just seems kinda hosed up.
Also can someone explain edge tattoos. It just seems like irony to me. Some of my friends are edge but they still don't hate me for drinking. So what's with the crews in boston etc?

^^^ Or if you're terror, you wear new era hats and get edge fans :V

But putting ink and holes in it just seems kind of strange to me?
Plus isn't ink mildly toxic or something?

Lyrics to the song that got him beat up (But seems pretty on target to me):

I came, I saw them smash that chair over his head.
And I, I thought that he was dead.
But we should not, can not, will not accept this anymore.
There’s right and wrong.
And now a line is drawn.
Stop loving poo poo up.
Stop loving poo poo up.
Stop loving poo poo up.
Stop loving poo poo up.
We’re gonna get beat up (and it’ll only prove our point).
Stop loving poo poo up.
Stop loving poo poo up.
Stop loving poo poo up.
(Please) stop loving poo poo up.
And what they call righteous, I call right.
And we know that they aren’t right.
They’re wrong, wrong, wrong.
And the only thing that they will ever flex is their macho, macho arms;
their manly, manly pecs.
But they will never, ever flex their goddamned heads.
So flex your head.
Stop loving poo poo up.

Foreshadowing lyric there. Anyone able to point me in the direction of some MP3s of this lot? Makes me feel like checking them out.

Things like this make me glad that the UK doesn't have this sort of problem with crews and stuff.

It seems really hard to get hold of.
There's no legit way to get mp3s and I could only find 1 album on soulseek.
No torrents seem to exist.

E: Yeah I agree about the crews and stuff. It's bullshit. I'm also not sure how that would hold up in the UK. Cause FSU seem to be able to travel places and still fight people. But I really don't think that would work here. Everyone in areas of the UK is too tight knit. If that makes sense.

Properly angry stuff please.
Something like shai hulud with more misanthropy.
You'd think it would be easy to find such themes in hardcore but hardly anything seems to.
