I just got an e-mail from them. Apparently they saw that I reposted a link I found on rapidsearch to another forum.

Do a search on http://rapidsearch.yi.org for "nicole" and "camwithher". I found the link that way. I reposted the links on another board. I'm guessing it must be some "member show" or something that belongs on their site.

-I already gave her the links where I found the information, which she said she wanted in exchange for a lawsuit
-Hundreds of promotional videos are hosted up on hundreds of sites, so there's no reasonable assumption that any content would be illegal
-Any attempt to contact anyone I know personally would be grounds for a harassment lawsuit

I sent her an e-mail from a secondary e-mail address I have, saying that she needs to return my Gmail account to its original status or else I'll contact the authorities about identity theft and computer hacking. It's serious business now, since that's my personal e-mail address. I filed a security theft ticket with Google as well.

This is wrong. It happened exactly how I originally posted it. I found a link on Rapidsearch and posted it on a forum and they got pissed. It's coincidental that I also had a membership to the site in the past.

This isn't some stupid ad for the site. I'm guessing she whined on her forums about how I was giving her poo poo, and someone decided it would be fun to do this. I'm considering calling the police since she could have potentially posted my credit card information on her forums as well.

-I didn't take any content from their site. Ever.
-I really don't have access to my e-mail. They hijacked it. I had to register a secondary account.

Here is the sequence of events:

1. I register an account on CWH, this also includes registering on their forums.
2. I realize that the site is non-nude after one day and cancel my account.
3. I look for porn on rapidsearch.yi.org with the search string "camwithher" just to see what they have.
4. I find that they have a link to a video hosted on megaupload.com. I download it. It's naked boobies.
5. I post the link on webcamcaps.com, a completely different forum.
6. The CWH people find out and ban my forum account on CWH and then send me this threatening e-mail.

Nah I am guessing the forums are seperate accounts from the members section of the site. This is why other goons were able to register accounts on the forums without paying for anything.

I guess the fact that they are frantically deleting everything is a good sign. Maybe I'll get my e-mail address back also and I won't have to file a police report for harassment.

EDIT: ^I wanted proof they were posting my address and claiming they were going to "come over and mess with me." A screenshot from their forum where it was posted.
