My wife does cross-stitch, and her friend does embroidery (no emb yet, but it'll be there) in their Etsy shop, Save Point Crafts: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SavePointCrafts  She loves taking grandma-looking cross stitch patterns and adding some attitude and nerdy goodness. She's been doing this for a couple of years now at Otakon art alleys and recently started stocking her shop and doing custom orders.  Everything she does comes framed and ready to go on walls or desktops.  She even has a couple of custom offerings for nerdy weddings!   Even the FGC gets a shout out.
