 Data points: I just sold 3 AT&T phones on Swappa.

S5 in Good condition with all accessories for 240
S4 in Fair Condition with some large scratches on the corners for 110
and a rooted Note 2 with a scratch in the screen and running Blisspop for 110.

Not bad for phones that were sitting in a drawer.

I'm aware these are a little below market value, but they all sold within 3 days.
