For that, I'd recommend Silence is Sexy (there is a SAA3 that covers this era, but I'd avoid it until you're a bit more familiar with them). It's pretty much the pinnacle of their work in the past fifteen years or so. And if you want a studio album rather than a compilation for their early stuff, Halber Mensch might be the best to go with there. It, combined with SiS, is what got me into the band.
