VEHICLE: 1999 Integra GSR
GOAL: Rebuild motor, get 180-200 whp and stop the oil burning.
DIFFICULTY: Well, not hard per se - just sometimes frustrating sifting through all the know-nothing ricer crap "information".
COSTS: $3000 for the car, running around $3000 in parts and machine work right now.
