I have this one wagon model for Neverwinter Nights Im trying to animate the wheels for in Blender. The wheels are part of the model. I can get one wheel turning with an armature spoke made the parent of the wagon model. Any more than one however looks to be completely impossible using this method because you cant have more than one armature be parent of a particular model right? So without separating the wheels from the wagon because I dont think NWN would be at all happy with that is there any way to animate all four wheels?

Can’t you put multiple bones in the armature, one for each wheel? Then parent the model. Or do I not understand what you’re saying

I don't know what kind of rigs you can get into NWN, but could you not just add a bone for each axle and assign each pair of wheels to the proper bones?

PSA: Based on a discussion with some folks, I made a place where people can post their work for goons to peruse and hopefully commission projects. The other purpose of the thread, and the thing that prompted me to ask people about it, was that I would like a place to point goons who would like to request forums art (like gang tags, avs, banners--things specific to SA). No one has to accept such a request, but at least I would have a central place to point people. Hell, I was just about to post up asking if someone could talk about a 3d model I'd like done, so I am very much in and the thread is bookmarked. I'm always nervous about posting in here, cause it seems a lot like walking into a private party and trying not to crash it. Not that anyone has been off-putting in the least, I just have so little to offer the conversation it feels weird.

I'm still a Blender novice so I'm just using Mandelbulb3d to model, light and render then into Photoshop for post, like Z-buffer blurring.
