Hancock didn't seem to know what it wanted to be through the different ads I saw in the lead up to release, and it still didn't know what it wanted to be when I walked out of the cinema. The first half is amusing enough, but the story just falls to poo poo after that with pointless twists and complexities, most plot points are badly explained and come out of nowhere. Hancock as a character hardly ever opens up and there's nothing to attract you to his character. The bad guys are faceless morons you don't give a poo poo about. Pros - the first half, Charlize Theron is ridiculously gorgeous Cons - everything in the second half 3/5 (extra point for Theron)
