Well here is my computer area. Since you can't see it, I have a Dell dimension 3000 with windows XP from 5 years ago. It sure does suck not being able to game at all :(

A friend of mine just got a scratch and dent Athlon X4 with 6GB of ram, a 500GB HD and Windows 7 64bit for $330 shipped. He tossed in a $60 5670 and has a decent gaming PC. The 5670 isn't a speed demon, but if you are willing to turn down the resolution and graphics settings it should run most modern games at a good FPS. And for console ports like Mass Effect 2 you don't even need to drop the settings.
