So, one of my coping methods for dealing with my grab bag of mental illnesses and various issues, I use music that gets right up in me to sometimes successfully yank my brain out of a spiral and into focusing on it. ANYWAY, it's kind of hilarious to me that this is one of the most effective songs, given the one of the varieties of craycray I have to deal with, and it has been on repeat for a bit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gg6mDY2HWdQ It's just....so hilariously fitting.
