The hook just has a way of getting into your head and staying there (you'll know it as you hear it). A great song and even with the language barrier for some folks, this song is drat catchy. Alanis Morrissette used the same concept for her Everything video (in which the lead singer of Jarabe de Palo also makes a few appearances in) as well.
