The endings depend on your Chaos level, same as in Dishonored. There are extra achievements for not killing anyone, not alerting anyone and (in Brigmore Witches) ending the game with at least 10 000 gold to spare.

Neverwinter Nights EE and 2

How important is synergizing my Class and my Race? For example, Gray Orcs easily sound the most interesting from the blurb I got when I loaded up both games but I really wanna play a Sorcerer.
It can probably work, NWN2 being a party-based game and all, but the -2 charisma will hurt your spellcasting a lot - weaker spells, bigger chance of failure on high-level magic and so on.

It's not about synergy between race and class, but between stats and class - playing a limited-intelligence wizard, limited-strength fighter or a limited-charisma sorcerer can backfire on high levels when these values are actually needed. You can mitigate this to an extent by items but I sadly don't remember that much of NWN2's inventory.

Can someone explain how bonecharm crafting in Dishonored 2 works? Like can I use bonecharms I won't use to make new ones?
When you dismantle a charm, you both a] learn to give its ability to to crafted charms b] get raw whalebone which is the resource you need to make new charms.
You also need the level the charm-making skill which decides how many effects you can give a new charm. Note that same effects can stack on top of each other, so having stuff like a 4x movement speed charm just makes you ridiculously overpowered.
Then again, it's Dishonored, being ridiculously overpowered is kind of the point.

Anything for Warhammer 40k: Mechanicus? I don't see anything on the wiki.
It's generally an easy game, but some clarifications for starting:
- The campaign is on a turn limit of sorts; you won't be able to do every mission. You should be able to do most of them, though - you'll get around 30 missions per campaign (more if you're quick and quiet) and the first two missions chains you get are 12 missions each; it is probably better to not try finish both of those in one run.
- Speaking of campaign planning, it is a good idea to do missions issued by Khepra as they unlock more tech-priests for your party.
- There is a semi-hidden mission-giver that starts giving you tasks when you are after roughly 20% of the game; it's seven missions with a secret boss at the end. The questgiver shows up when you press Space on the ship menu screen where you choose missions.
- It is pointless to upgrade auxiliaries, past early game they are only good for distracting the enemy.
- On that account, the skill tree that makes your Techpriests buff your auxiliaries is worthless.
- When it comes to picking armor and upgrades, movement is king; everyone should have at least one movement-increasing skill.
- There are no good Energy Melee weapons unless you got the preorder/deluxe version DLC.
- There is an early item that lets you deal minor damage to an enemy and push it away one square. Everyone should have that since it can prevent killed enemies from rising again.

Really good advice in the post above, but it should be noted that the AI players will be insulting you all the time no matter what you do. The AI in the series is always screwy - and it goes double with VI - and constant verbal harassment from other empires is pretty much part of the game.

2. Any early trap skils that I should know? I guess Leverage is bad because you can use recycler grenades, but how about other stuff?

3. Any way at all for me to "farm" stuff? Respawning things etc?

1. All junk is intended for recycling. I would advise against recycling ammo and upgrade parts but everything else is fair game.

2. No trap skills. Even Leverage has a point, it just isn't opening doors but killing Typhon by throwing teacups and reployers at them. It also lets you turn all those oxygen bottles into conveniently placed grenades.

3. Enemies respawn as you progress through the story, items don't. I don't think you can farm anything per se (there is a later-game enemy enemy that has a chance of spawning in every area and will eventually come back if you kill it but it takes more resources to kill it than you get). That being said, farming isn't really needed.

Anything for Renowned Explorers?

I reliably cruise through the first 3 maps but find it really hard to keep up in the end game and never have enough gold to keep equipment updated.
As you found out, money is really important. If you're just starting, try to grab characters and abilities that give you extra money or treasure hunt tokens and focus on it as your main source of renown. You might want to postpone upgrading equpiment for when you really need it and save money, but the only way to tell the proper time for this is experience with the game, as there's a load of factors in play.

Your selection of maps should be governed by what kind of attitude your team prefers - I generally find the Devious ones the easiest because there's a lot of debuffs available.

The Anagogic Archipelago and Shangri-La maps are hard as balls, avoid until you've got more experience. The Lost Island, on the other hand, is perfect for a final adventure since it allows your choice of three boss fights (even if one of them is arguably the toughest in the game) and you can even tag out early if you have enough renown.

All of the characters can be powerful but some require a lot of effort - and in some cases luck with story cards - to get there. Being more straightforward does not necessarily mean they are weaker.

It is entirely skippable even if you're binging the whole series. That being said, from what little I remember:

- Save often and in multiple slots. The game loved crashing even back then and I can't imagine it getting better on modern systems.

- Magic builds will have a much harder time at the beginning as the good spells don't really become available until act 2 and even those don't scale too well.

- From what I'm reading now, there is a bugged quest: near the end of the game, when a merchant asks you to get him an amulet. If you do it, there's a chance of it corrupting your save.

- Look up what the various charms that can be slotted into items do. For whatever reason, the game doesn't display their effect.

- Skill points are fairly limited and you don't want to waste them; on the plus side, you can unlearn skills for a price.

- You'll eventually get access to temporarily summonable party members; those do not level up with experience but need to be upgraded via the corresponding skill. They do get outleveled pretty fast but have one use handy for any kind of character: springing traps.

1) With weapons, it really doesn't matter unless you switch the ones you use a whole drat lot because you should have plenty to upgrade the 2-3 you're most likely to stick with. On the other hand, it really helps to have access to medicine components; healing people is basically the only non-violent way to get experience and being stocked on cures is a pretty good idea. You'll get a feel for the balance eventually, it's nothing to be stressed over early on.

-Just because you can go into an area doesn't mean you always should. It is very easy to sequence-break and get frustrated when you find yourself in a high-level zone.

-The clock in the upper left corner of your screen indicates when Things Happen in the zone you're in. When it hits the hour marked in orange, you want to be really careful.

-You don't upgrade your weapons themselves; instead, you spend currency on improving conductors that boots the weapon's parameters but can be switched from weapon to weapon. There are several types of conductors and they give different abilities.

-At the same time, you get better with weapons the more you use them, this also unlocks weapon abilities.

-The true final boss is hidden behind a fairly obscure sidequest; don't feel bad for looking it up.

-Magic is tied to weapons - you get new "spells" as you level the weapon in question up.

-You can walk on the outside of the space station for a short while before dying; in order to stay there longer, you will need to find and repair (or craft) a spacesuit.

-Get ready for some immmensely frustrating -and required- platforming.

-In some zones, there are well-hidden obelisks that transport you into a mirror dimension of sorts. Some items and bosses can only be found there.

-One of the in-game goals is to collect 100% data. This doesn't mean you need to collect every single message and entry - the game actually has more than 100%.

-There is a sidequest that, if finished, actually makes the final boss fight harder.
