Does anyone remember this one flash site where bands and movies and actors were connected by relevance or similarity? Like, each band was a bubble, and they were connected by lines, with the closer ones being more relevant, and the size of the bubble represented...something else I forget. Ringing any bells? Is it still around?

YouDummy posted:Probably http://www.liveplasma.com/ Yes! Thank you so much! uberknarf posted:I don't have the exact one you're speaking of, but I do have one alternative. Allmusic.com used to have a cloud tool as well, but it disappeared with one of their updates. It seems to me that Pandora employed something similar for a while, though it's no longer available to Canucks like me. Anyway, here's another which might suit your purposes: Thank you as well, not what I was looking for but both of these sites are really interesting.

Necromancing the Necromancy thread looking for a video from roughly 2005. It was a short film VO'd by some guy about Google, Amazon and the future of social media and how these companies would come together. I'm a bit fuzzy on the details but it was essentially a prediction video of how Google and Amazon and friendster etc would all merge in the future to create one big iCloud, although obviously that wasn't the word he used. Any help? e: nvm found it EPIC 2014 Simultaneously hilarious, prophetic and also wrong as gently caress. BRB gonna go buy some more e-paper Endless Trash fucked around with this message at 01:06 on Mar 23, 2016 |
