There was a news article once, I think maybe posted to Fark, which was a Judges decision ripping these two lawyers to absolute shreds. Insulting both sides of the argument, calling them both (politely, of course) complete and utter morons. It was absolutely hysterical. But I've been unable to find it, no matter how hard I look.
