I'm looking at this 4 speed 62 Cutlass tomorrow. It's significantly cheaper than the price in the window, and it runs, drives and stops so the owner says. Claims there isn't any rust, but the lights aren't wired and the interior is pretty bare. Plans for it will be to stop any rust I find and keep its sort of beater look. I would like to make the interior relatively nice though.

Well unfortunately our beloved Explorer needed a bunch of A/C repair work done to the tune of a compressor, clutch fan, lines, etc. but fortunately, it came at a time when we were looking for a replacement anyway. So we decided to go down to the Ford dealer and drive a few used and new F-150s after the wife decided she didn't like the new Colorados all that much after all and the Silverados we saw in our price range were all fairly stripped out, with the dealers locally not offering great deals.

All I have are pictures I took at the dealership, but since getting it home I have taken the stupid front plate and bracket off. I wish it didn't have chrome wheels, but so be it. The dealers have crazy incentives going on right now, and we got it for $9k under MSRP with all the cash back offers. 2015 F-150 XLT with the FX4 "off-road" package. It's the biggest vehicle I've ever owned, but I am surprised at how well it handles and how easy it is to back into parking spots in the parking garage at work. The 5.0 is also powerful enough to scoot this monster with surprising gusto.

Yeah, it was in a minor accident and the bumper was replaced. He cheaped out and got a standard SR5 bumper instead of the correct Highlander/Sport package bumper.

It's basically a late 90s four-door Mk 3 Supra. 1JZ engine, which is a 2.5 litre straight six, 'Supra 5 speed' gearbox, and single turbo chu-chuu goodness, and of course, rwd. Stock they make about 300hp to the crank. Mine has basic boltons, and a hiflowed turbo, I'd guess around 300rwhp.

Still needs a few thousand spent to get a decent ecu, then a tune, but as far as it is, I'm happy with it.
