Long shot on on this but Post-Brexit is there any new additional steps which must be taken when commissioning an artist outside of the UK? I have a friend whom seems convinced that the practice of paying an artist for their services via Paypal Invoice would now potentially fall afoul of the UKs rules on these sorts of things, but I haven't seen anything specific about it, nor have I heard any real discussion over it. I don't have the exact snippet on hand but something about the UK defines as goods and services? Apologies if this is the wrong threat. If there is a more suitable one, I'd be happy to ask there instead.
