I kind of dig Lykke Li, any other sort of smart, minimalist (but still pop-y and upbeat) artists you all can think of?

Anybody know anything like Bohren & der Club of Gore other than Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble? I don't really like KDE, and it is kind of hard to explain, but if I had to make a line between Jazz and Post-Rock it'd go like:

All the rest of jazz -> 'Kind of Blue' by Miles Davis ---> ???? ---> B&dCoG ---> KDE ---> Post-Rock

The question marks are the music I'm looking for.

What's some unabashedly happy music? Specifically of the indie-folk variety.

My music collection is filled with mopey stuff (Mountain Goats, The xx and the like) and I've been in an uncharacteristically good mood lately.

The Polyphonic Spree is pretty much the most blissed-out-cult-happy band there is.

Looking for recommendations that are kind of like 'Nikes' or 'Seigfried' off 'Blonde' by Frank Ocean. Down-tempo, moving in on ambient/soundscape except it has some beat to it. Slow rapping ok, wandering/aimless yet somehow melodic vocals encouraged.
