I kind of dig Lykke Li, any other sort of smart, minimalist (but still pop-y and upbeat) artists you all can think of? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upnTg2GPgTM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJHdT1j6hH8&feature=related

Anybody know anything like Bohren & der Club of Gore other than Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble? I don't really like KDE, and it is kind of hard to explain, but if I had to make a line between Jazz and Post-Rock it'd go like: All the rest of jazz -> 'Kind of Blue' by Miles Davis ---> ???? ---> B&dCoG ---> KDE ---> Post-Rock The question marks are the music I'm looking for.

feedmyleg posted:What's some unabashedly happy music? Specifically of the indie-folk variety. The Polyphonic Spree is pretty much the most blissed-out-cult-happy band there is.

Looking for recommendations that are kind of like 'Nikes' or 'Seigfried' off 'Blonde' by Frank Ocean. Down-tempo, moving in on ambient/soundscape except it has some beat to it. Slow rapping ok, wandering/aimless yet somehow melodic vocals encouraged. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWgpBlz16-s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=diIFhc_Kzng
