But the mini-phalanxes in world 1, and the miners in world 2 drop them as well. Some of the earlier chapter 1 and 2 geckos seem to drop them as well.

I haven't actually gotten it so I don't know if there's a catch, but the wiki says it reduces physical and magical damage by 100. It doesn't seem like there would be any reason to make a Cloudstone shield. it is worth a trophy after all
