Glad this thread is here :) I used to really think Audiobooks were sort of "handicapped man's novel" for those too thick or too easily distracted to handle a novel (it probably doesn't help that one of my cousins is actually mentally inhibited and as such relies on audiobooks to get through novels), but it's now come to my attention really just how much time I could be spending hearing fiction when I can't actually be holding a novel as easily. Exercising, working, driving, that sort of thing.

I will probably be checking out several of the audiobooks mentioned in here in the future!
