I know this is a stupid question but is it possible to dual-boot the 32-bit and 64-bit versions on the same hard drive but on different partitions?

Along similar lines, I could not find this info anywhere. The Upgrade disc includes both the 32bit and 64bit versions of Win7, but if all I have is a 32bit Vista key, can I still install 64bit Win7 in a clean install?
