Corporate IT has informed us that we're no longer allowed to use VLC media player because of some kind of spurious legal crap. I work at a goddamn conference center where customers bring in their own videos and random stuff all the time. Some stuff simply won't play on other media players. Is there a decent alternative to VLC?
