This may sound stupid, but is there any way to set a web page as an active desktop in windows 7? I kinda wish I could have my full Google calendar as my desktop on one of my monitors to force me to look at it more often.

Can anyone recommend an image viewer/browser that does tagging well? I have a huge library of inspiration and reference images for art stuff and I'd love to be able to make my own tags for stuff like medium, subject, color, interior/exterior, stuff like that. I have everything in individual folders now, but it's pretty clumsy. I think someone told me that OSX does this natively, but I need something for Windows.

I may have asked this before, but does anyone know a good application for organizing images by tags?
Like, if I have a bunch of photos saved and want to tag them by content.
I'm imagining I have a huge folder of art inspiration and want to be able to tag them multiple things like "color", "watercolor","landscape", etc.
