Strange, yet symbolically compelling.
I made the switch to 7 a couple days ago and I still can't figure out the big deal about the new taskbar. Seems to me it's exactly like the old bar, only instead of text you have icons. Can anyone please explain why this is better?

Hey, does anyone have any idea why Win7 shows the little "safely remove hardware" icon on the taskbar for the Daemon-tools virtual drive? I don't think it did that in Vista.

How does one go about creating a shortcut to the games explorer on the desktop? In vista you could just right click on 'Games' in the start bar and it would have the option, but I don't see anything of the sort in 7.
