So I just tried to get on the RC and I saw Microsoft has ended the download period. Is there still any way to get a download link legally or am I SOL until Oct. 22?

I have RC ISO's directly downloaded from Microsoft to my webserver, and Microsoft hasn't told me to remove them yet:

Quick question - My laptop HD died today so I'm in the process of getting that replaced. However, it came with Vista and I did the student upgrade to Windows 7. The system restore CD is lost to the sands of time I guess--is there any way I can install 7 from a full installation CD onto the new HD and just use the key MS sent me and have it work?
