Does anybody know when the promo upgrades are gonna be available in Europe and what the pricing will be? Would it make sense to just buy a US version right now? Or am I gonna have trouble getting that shipped here then?

What's a good tool to monitor my own network usage? I'm looking for something that shows me current speed, total traffic per month and ideally alerts me when a certain limit is reached.
