And, for the singer, I don't think that he's "bad" but the mixing certainly doesn't help him. He sounds like he's in another room, screaming. I don't like his voice all too much neither. I agree, the mixing isn't great, and the technical skill of the lead singer just isn't there. I think if you were to mix it up with a new singer or maybe if he tried to change it up a bit you guys would be right on the mark.
