Hi, my name's CornHolio, pleased to meet you!

I never really got why you received so much flak for a bad but not horrible budget (although your attitude contributed greatly). This is a horrible budget due to so many expenses that can easily be reduced and they still live like a low income family who won a small lottery.

The op last year spend more on groceries and lovely restaurants then a lot of people pay rent. Heck I usually eat lunches for $10-15 and I can't figure out how you spent over $10K on food + groceries. How full is your trash? Do you throw a lot of food away?

Grocery $6,690 $558
Restaurant $3,693 $308
Entertainment $5,982 $498
Misc $4,942 $412
Gifts $4,208 $351
Vacation $1,913 $159
-------------
Total $27,428

That's 43% of your total income that can easily be reduced. Heck you could save up, pay off the the credit cards, and have a better and more affordable lifestyle than you do now.

edit: $75 for cable? Do you really need all those channels since you already have internet for $40 and pay so much for "entertainment"? I hope it's for hookers and cocaine otherwise, why do you need to spend $6,000 a year on entertainment?

6/13/09 Grocery publix $56.43

What is this? Do you still have these receipts? Why did you spend $289 on groceries in the period of a week?

Talk about a sugar high... what is wrong with water?

No, it's not. Your financial situation calls for Hulu or a Bunny Ear antenna.

This loving thread... he's in a hole, not child-up-for-adoption hole.

Long term, your choice is either to sell the condo and move to a cheaper apartment in the $500 range or GET A loving JOB (another part time or full time) unless you intend to rack up credit card bills on MLM in the next few years and be forced into a $300 apartment.

This is why you are still retarded with money
Total: $900

If you can reduce this by half ($450), it would make you a lot less retarded. $350 would be even better but one step at a time. It doesn't matter where, either stop shopping for junk food at Whole Foods or cut everything else out and get a prepaid phone.

Perhaps you missed the part where he'll probably be 80k+ in non-discharge-able student debt so his retarded wife can get a useless associates degree from Devry. Or where he is working as a PIZZA DELIVERY BOY....

Unless his wife continues the clueless trophy wife role (she better be hot) and gets a BS at Devry (BS couldn't be more appropriate here) he currently has $40,000 of student debt and that is very roughly $450/month.

OH. So then 100% of my Mcdonalds income goes toward daycare, then I go deliver pizza at night. I guess the idea being I would advance up towards Management at Mcdonalds and make more money and get better benefits.

I need to look hard again at getting a job doing what I used to do in IT. Last job was technical support, then QA for a web hosting company.

Or you work nights and weekends and you and your wife take turns caring for the baby?
