Another one I stumbled on is the Ione Scorpius M10. Looks to be a cheap Chinese keyboard that uses Cherry Blue click keys.

I've been using this, no problems although I wish it had media controls/powerbutton/usb ports.

I found a black cherry key switch keyboard with media controls however the inability to purchase it anywhere strikes me as a problem. http://www.giga-byte.com.my/Products/Keyboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2789

Just put a tenkeyless Filco with Cherry Browns on order. Can't wait to try it out.

I was going to but then I noticed the das professional silence or whatever that's around the same price and has a usb ports not that I really need usb ports but it would be nice to have. Unfortunately they're out of stock and don't seem to be in any hurry to make another batch.

from what I hear, the Das keyboards aren't quite the same quality as Filco. The keyboard crazy people at geekhack claim they actually wear out pretty quick (compared to other mechanicals anyway).

I've heard that was older batches. It doesn't matter, my ione Scorpius m10 still functions I just wanted to try out the brown switches.

I want a keyboard with red cherry switches too bad they're difficult to find, and only seem to be available in Asia.

Goo make your next keyboard out of red cherry switches you know you want to. Your pal Duck and Cover wouldn't steer you wrong.

Why all the love for the space savers with no ten key?

I love my ten key, and don't want to let it go.

Contemplated buying a Filco for home. I have some random keyboard by ABS that has mechanical springs at work and it's the best drat thing ever. Even if my boss has compared the sound of my typing to "Optimus Prime pleasuring himself with a jackhammer."

I have a numpad on my keyboard, I never use it.

Queue retards who wasted money on this product and now can't admit to themselves it's a lemon (which it ironically shares the same colour with).

Listen to this man he's clearly tried the product and is giving a well reasoned argument. I have used the product as well and it does pick dust/dirt etc. stuck in the keyboard.

I think someone was selling this in SA-MART. http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3434510 Someone is indeed selling one.

The correct layout is Aria. True Fox was close but that backspace key is in a bad spot. Whelp I ordered 2 keyboards because I wasn't sure I'd like zealios.

I can't find it via google and checking back in the thread isn't returning much, but I remember a site being posted with a Pok3r-sized keyboard that you could have customized in any number of weird ways - the layout of the keys themselves, switch type, keycap, finish etc. It looked really cool, but I might've just been jazzing myself up on the interface. Was it a legit keyboard or some gimmicky poo poo? (It's not by WASD, as much as google thinks it is).

Aside from getting curious about that, I'm thinking about trying out a red switch keyboard for my gaming setup. I have a keytester so I know what I'm getting myself into, but does anyone have any reccs for good boards that use reds? I'm currently using a G710+ with browns at home (but I rarely use any of the other features like macros n poo poo).

Huh? Unless they changed their preview and stopped taking orders, this isn't it - I remember building up a keyboard and it giving me the price along the way.

Like, I think by default the key layout was a straight-up grid instead of offset, and you could add and remove keys and such.

Edit: Found it! It's The Planck, but it looks like I just missed a Massdrop and it's currently savaging their shipping times. :sigh:

Well I guess I can't always be right.

I do not wish to spend the $150+ they'll end up going for on ebay after I fail to get it in a raffle buy. Oh did say $150? http://www.ebay.com/itm/121893931886?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

that layered wood & epoxy/glass look is indeed quite nice, however unless it's your esc key it's going to be quite difficult to see it well in a regular row

significantly more expensive, but i'd rather go with a bigger thing in that style and have it as a desk decoration:

Thanks, that beats nothing but my cusory look didn't find that gallery who listed prices. When I was looking for custom furniture you'd get places that wouldn't even put up an estimate and it irks me. I also don't like mystery health care prices but as an American that's to be expected.
