So the two were roughhousing today, with Marsh on his back and Tundra upright. Every time Marsh hissed, Tundra backed off, only to go back in after a few seconds. This is the first time I've personally had two cats, so is this normal?

yes. this is part play, part dominance display, and cats have to work out their own pecking order. as long as there are no claws, no yowling, no blood, it's all fair.

Very "I don't know what to do with these kids these days". As long as nobody is actively actually hurting someone just let them sort things out.

When I first introduced them Sinjin was following Niko to keep attacking, and that read as not-fun-aggression, so I separated them to chill out. Jackson Galaxy has some videos on playing vs fighting.
